  1. I’m about to graduate this December and am starting on a cardiac unit and I am extremely nervous to start as a new nurse! I feel like I know absolutely nothing and I am terrified. Did anyone else feel the same? Am I overreacting?
  2. Recently I experienced a frantic moment when a patient passed out on me and has seizure like activity... I reacted appropriately called the nurse in and grabbed vitals but I felt shakey and like I too was going to pass out luckily I did not but I am afraid that if it ever came down to an emergency that I might pass out this isn’t the first time it has happened during a rapid response. Will I ever get over this? I’m questioning whether or not I should become a nurse now!
