  1. Didn't get in either! It appears they had to cut their acceptances due to limited space. Best of luck to all. Do not let this discourage you. If you do not get in this round, re-apply, and apply to other schools, as well ? Stay safe and be well!
  2. Yes, I recall this, as well, but don't remember exact time frames. But your dates were precise. Thank you for sharing!
  3. Just basing off trends from the last cycle. I don’t quite remember everything that happened. But, the forum from that cycle should lend you some insight!
  4. I'm willing to bet a good amount of money on Tuesday.
  5. For sure. Like I mentioned earlier, I don't know how people are expected to plan ahead when they're only given acceptances a few weeks prior to the semester starting.
  6. Something similar to this happened last round, where there was just one Friday where no acceptances were sent out. I have a theory: Thanksgiving is coming up, and they might be off the Friday after. They might change the day so this way they can follow up after time off. I could be completely wrong but who knows.
  7. NEU has been calling me and telling me to pretty much hurry up with finding an apartment, loans, and paperwork. They're right. Semester starts January 19th. If I don't hear back from NYU by December then I have to fully commit to NEU. But I am bummed.
  8. Hope everyone is safe and well. Tomorrow is a new day. Wishing everyone a happy acceptance!
  9. The person I spoke to said that they send out results once a week and there is no definitive date, just that students can received acceptances anytime from now until Christmas break.
  10. Good morning to all! Can someone please provide me with the admissions phone number so that I can make sure my application was completed and received? I'm now worried my transcripts weren't matched.
  11. Yasss another Hunter Alumni! And thank you for the encouraging words! We got this! We have similar stats! Thank you for sharing! It gives me some hope during this moment of dispair.
  12. Honestly me too. NYU is like a 30 min train ride from my apartment. I also used to take Chem and A&P 1 and 2 lab at Hunter Brookdale during undergrad, and the nursing school is right across the street. It's where I want to be. My grades and experiences were "good", but I blew the personal statement. I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote it. I know that's what costed me this time around. All we can do right now is hope for the best. I think we will all get our acceptances in due time.
  13. I completely respect their decision to do so, but January 1st is an absolute absurd time to send out acceptances. I cant help but wonder, when do they expect people to have the time to make arrangements if they send out acceptances that late?
  14. I don't quite remember but I know it was more towards when they started sending out rejections. The waitlist people were last.
  15. I don't think anyone can know for sure. However, I can say that they started off by sending out acceptances on Fridays from 3-5PM, and then started sending them out on Tuesdays as well, last round.
  16. I guess we wait another week.
  17. Congrats! All of the above questions, and if you could please also write your stats. Thank you ?
  18. Hey! Mine disappeared. Do you think its a glitch?
  19. Happy Friday. I'm ******** bricks. Super nervous. Please let this be a good day for all of us!
  20. Hey, that didn't happen to me this time around because I completed all of my courses by time I sent out the application. However, last time I applied they asked me for midterm grades. Probably means that the application is under review. I do think it is a point of interest because I was waitlisted shortly after they asked me for my grades.
  21. I got two emails from NYU this week: one to change password, and one in regards to financial aid. What a tease.
