Does anyone know if we have to send a copy of our clinical application, fingerprint authorization form, and digital copies to the board through email? Or is it just the authorization form and digital copies?
Yeah I emailed them to the email address, I would say call Charity and ask the front desk for her number. They gave it to me. Then just call her and clarify what she wants you to do.
I didn't get an automatic reply. ———— emailed me with a question about my documents, but then said my paperwork was fine. And if there were anymore questions she'd email me.
