Hi CONGRATS!! Don’t be nervous! They really just want to get to know who you are and why you want to be a nurse! My advice would to just be yourself! Besides the question about why I wanted to go into nursing, I remember they asked me a question like when was a time that you had a plan and you had to adapt to a change in that plan. They also asked me something along the lines of when was there a mistake that I made and what kind of things did I do to fix it. Also, I did my interview over Skype and I only had the one interview and I heard back about two weeks later! If you are doing your interview over Skype, my friend said it’s better to wear one solid color(no patterns) and to have a solid color as the background. Good luck, you got this!

No not yet unfortunately! I swear every email I get I’m hoping it’s that email! I got an email yesterday with the whole like “this is what fields our graduates are working in” and I emailed her and asked if there was any update on the admission decision but she hasn’t emailed back yet. I’m so nervous about it, I just want to know

Hopefully that writing assignment doesn’t hurt you but I’m sure you’ll be fine. I wish they would have specified length and gave more time because I also feel like I didn’t write a lot but I feel like I got my point across which I hope is enough. I also feel like my interview went pretty well but I didn’t love how I answered some of the questions. I’m super hopeful that I get in because this is the best option for me right now. I feel pretty confident but I’m trying not to get my hopes up. Congrats on getting accepted into another program!

I was re reading the website and I saw that there was a section talking about out of state clinicals or something and it showed something about not accepting applicants from Arizona and that’s where I’m from so I was wondering if you knew anything about that?

Hi all, I recently applied in January for the Fall 2020 program as well! Late applicant I know but I didn’t find out about the program until a little before the deadline. How soon did you guys find out about your acceptance? I know it might be awhile until I know but I’m anxious to find out.

awhh man. Well I thought at first that I was assigned just because I applied to that program specifically so that's probably what happened.

I feel like if all of this is starting to show up in Louie than maybe the decision emails are going out soon. Fingers crossed for this weekend

@HelloSunshine545 I was assigned an advisor as well I noticed that yesterday and it wasn't there last time I checked about a week ago. I'm hoping it means something too. @jen0930 I saw that they went out Feb 8th last ear too so I'm hoping they don't keep us waiting this year either. I just want to know already so I know if I need to be looking harder for other options.

Thank you so much for the resources and the encouragement! I’m just nervous about the three programs because my undergrad GPA wasn’t amazing but my prerequisite GPA is pretty good so fingers crossed

I might look into an accelerated chem class. And I'm looking anywhere for programs. I'm willing to relocate wherever I get in. I would prefer a traditional program but I'm open.
