  2. I am in TPAPN and I could not be more thrilled. I’m still in shock! however I want to go back to a nursing home but I do not really know what to do at times. the last one I worked in would have residents in cardiac arrest and basically icu patients. But what about when they need a dr. I would always send patients to the er and really did not hesitate about it. I was also very scared I would miss a sign symptom and they would might die because of it. when is the right time to send someone to the er? Even if they said they did not feel right and wanted to go to the er I would send them? I always felt when they wanted to see a dr they should be able to
