Hello i feel really bad for some of these nurses and what they are going through. however I think that not being able to afford representation in a Board office should not be allowed. I agree with what doctors know however I think if the system can afford a public defender in the criminal justice side then a court appointed attorney should be provided from the board of nursing also. I also think they should take into account any relatives the nurse has and if they have made any contributions to the nurse also. this is a very difficult situation for a nurse to be in and I think several of these post I agree with and also employment in healthcare should encompass any and all handicaps the nurse has also. I also think the public should be responsible for nurses and their life situations. And if the nurse is not trying to better their self in a correct way I would disregard them also. No one wants nasty healthcare providers period. p.s.... does money go to peoples heads with no reality? I wonder
