    Hi there! New grad here and I just started working on my own after two months of training in med surg. There are days when I come home and cry, because I feel so overwhelmed. Some days with 5 patients it’s fine especially if they’re just waiting to get tests done and are NPO but sometimes the patients are so acute that there’s no way I could safely do my job. Just trying to remember things for each patients I get jumbled up. Nice handout!
