  1. Cleveland Clinic Call Off Policy

    Just wondering if anyone works for the Clinic and has any insight on their call off policy. I'm PRN and scheduled for a shift on Sunday, but something came up and I can't make it. The guidelines they gave me say " You may cancel a scheduled shift up to 24 hours in advance without penalty by calling the staffing office." I called the staffing office and they said that you can't call off until 24 hours before your shift making it impossible to call off without getting a penalty. Does this seem right?
