oh man. I've really waited a while to get into Cedars but I did receive another offer from another good hospital and the pay is surprisingly more. Im taking tonight to weigh my options.

Differential was not included in the letter if you're talking about Torrance. Differential for night shift is 5.50

They're not group interviews it's panel interviews Is it likely that there will be a second round though? Does anyone know if it's one or two? Same

Anyone get the actual offer from Torrance yet? I got the email and I replied late on Thursday before the holiday. Not sure if they email back or they call us?

That's a little shocking still. I didn't think it would be that low. I got an offer at another basic hospital, SCH Hollywood and they do the same breakdown for the pay but their base pay is 43ish so the blended rate is $50. I just believed that Providence could have a better residency program so I wanted to do that one. One of my instructors said she also did her residency at Providence and she liked it.

Just got the offer email from Torrance I think they mentioned they have 2 cohorts a year. Not sure about the timing
