    I had an old pending retake application I never finished. When I went to finish it, it said I couldn’t reapply due to blah blah blah. Im guessing if you can’t apply for retake it’s a hopeful sign.

    I quickly left a comment on here. I wasn’t able to apply to retake the test on breeze. This forum was the closest thing I could find to what I was experiencing . I didn’t do the pvt treat. However! I got the good news 2 weeks after I took the test. Best of luck to everyone:) tested on 10/18/2019 my license appeared on 11/1/2019 best wishes!
