Hi i am new in this forum tryin to search and read all this comments and very helpful just reading all this CABRN application it’s really crazy. Anyways I’m also 2009 graduate but i never take the board exam in the Philippines. I want to take the NCLEX RN in Cali I’m almost done gathering all these requirements they need for international graduates except the TOEFL because I’m still working on that. Is there anyone here knows and can tell me if this is really required? I read in there website makes me confused and i called them today and ask about it the lady i spoke to says she can’t answer my question only the board could say or decide after i send my application...but i don’t want to compromise my 799$ and wait for there decisions then after all they will deny me too ?. Comments and advice will be appreciated. God Bless everyone
