  1. My ophthalmologist told me I can do whatever I want and that I need only one good eye to do most things in life, but I was still a little skeptical.. thank you for taking the time to respond.
  2. I have been interested in nurse anesthesia for some time; however, I have been completely amblyopic in one eye for as long as I can remember. My amblyopia doesn’t interfere with my daily activities because I have grown to adopt and the vision in my good eye is 20/20 unaided. I would like to know if being amblyopic could prevent me from being a nurse anesthetist, seeing that I wouldn’t have 3D vision with my monocular vision.
