    hi! I just applied as a second degree non accelerated program student for Spring 2020. I wanted to know from you all what are my chances of getting accepted as a transfer? I am asking because I dnt have the highest grades. I graduated from Cuny City Tech with a GPA of 2.95 with a Bachelor Degree of Technology for hospitality management. I am hoping my essay and recommendation can outweigh my gpa. How lenient is the admissions office for accepting transfer students like myself? Thanks!
