I know there are 2 start dates (July 12 or august 9). Of those, does anyone know which is the Winston-Salem Women's track start date? I emailed the residency team a week ago and haven't heard back. TIA

I had rehab as my 2nd choice! But they indicated it was for my “1st choice unit” so I’m just all around confused LOL. Gunna hold out hope until my status changes from under consideration LOL

Got an email from Memorial’s physical acute rehab unit saying I didn’t get an interview. However, it stated it was for my “first unit preference only” but my first preference was L&D. My application still says under consideration. Anyone else get an email/app update today?

Got the call a couple hours ago. I was offered a med-surg position and a spot on the Women’s track waitlist. I tried to press more into understanding if there were still women’s positions open/info on the waitlist but the recruiter didn’t say much. Congrats to everyone who has heard good news and good luck to those still waiting!

Mine says “under consideration”? Did yours say that and then change to hiring manager considering interview?

I interviewed early last week and the recruiter said last interviews were occurring today 3/1 and that HR offers would start going out tomorrow! Wishing you all a restful sleep tonight and good news tomorrow!

Hey ya'll! @a.elizabeth20 @clemsonnurse12 I applied a few days ago to the Summer 2021 cohort (I'm hoping for Women's health track) and got an invitation to virtually interview next week! Can anyone on this thread who has been through the residency interview/hiring process shed some light on what the steps are in between a virtual interview and receiving an offer? Thanks in advance, and I hope you are loving Novant so far if you ended up there ?

Hey @LCD123 I am graduating soon from this program! It got off on a rocky start but the program director hired more professors to help us feel more supported academically. We still don't have a ton of access to our Simulation lab which is frustrating, but each semester I've gotten more and more time in there. Overall, if you're able to put your head down for 12 months and work hard, this is a great program for you to get you to being a nurse quickly and cheaply :)
