I received a letter Friday. I created a Facebook group Massasoit LPN-RN PT Class of 2021 if you'd like to join. We now have a short amount of time to get things figured out so this might help us communicate.

Actually my transcript shows my major is LPN to RN PT !!!! OMG

My major has changed to LPN to Associate Degree Part Time. It lists all the nursing classes as requirements but my other classes transferred from BCC aren't showing. I need more confirmation before letting myself get excited.

Wow! At this point I'm wondering if they're waiting for this semester's grades to close in order to have enough eligible applications. Finals are next week at Massasoit. Crazy.

I received those emails from Massasoit Financial Aid and I just replied saying I was waiting to find out if I got into the nursing program. I spoke with admissions before Thanksgiving and they said they were hoping to have it done before December but weren't going to be able to. From what was said it sounded like they have done a first pass of applications and have to do a final. We are in the home stretch. Funny thing is whether we get it or not it's a new bundle of stress. We will get through it either way. My TEAS is not that recent so I'm heartbroken right now. There's no specification on the website, rubric or at the info session.

I only had microbiology left which I'm currently taking and it's not technically a "pre"-req so I'm still trying to be hopeful.

I was told by admissions that letters should be expected mid November. You can also check under Degreeworks to see if your major has changed to nursing.
