HPU failed by 1%
i guess i feel i can comment because i've done this and that. i recall the process. i don't know. i guess i just got sick of everyone whining. it's really not that hard. i didn't go do the traditional route, i went and did the ABSN route. my undergraduate is in automotive engineering from ferris state university. i want to say the automotive engineering degree was more difficult to a degree. the nursing had much more info to recall and much more stressful for sure, but i suck at math, so the math is what made the engineering difficult.

KCC ADN 2020 Spring
i don't know if they accept hawaii applicants first of not, but they should. it's what they do for UH Manoa medical school. they should at least do it for the KCC RT program. either that, or charge out of state applicants and arm and a leg so it's so expensive for them that they will go elsewhere. they can then charge the residents less tuition.

UH Manoa GEPN Cohort 2020
you also don't need any healthcare experience or any GRE or TEAS or HSEI to gain entry into UC Davis either. It's also relatively inexpensive, but only the top 5% of applicants get accepted.

UH Manoa GEPN Cohort 2020
screw that program. it's lame. i think the only program worth attending at UH is their law school and the agriculture programs. i attended the ABSN program at UC Davis and the DNP at USC. You should try for the programs there if you are able. I can guarantee you'll get a top notch education if you're smart enough to hack it.

If you can't gain acceptance into KCC, it probably means you're not cut out for the nursing field. Maybe you should try another profession? It's a community college, everyone gets in. You just need to be smarter than the rest. If i were patient, i wouldn't want anyone with a 84 on the teas working on me.

Should I retake the TEAS?
An 84 is pretty sad. You wouldn't even be able to get into kapiolani community college without at least a 90 and a 4.0 gpa. You should take it again. it doesn't hurt to retake it because they take the highest score. I think anyone with less than 90 is sad. it's sad that anyone has to keep retaking it to even score high. I graduated from UC Davis with a an ABSN and USC with an DPN. i'd recommend UC Davis as they don't require a TEAS if you have a bachelors already.
