I just chose to wait it is updated given that it is technically graded. A note for others, the link for the Enrollment Services Quiz is on the pdf attachment in the Eventbrite confirmation Email for the MEC Symposium - that's apart from the questionnaire.

I'm not sure if A&P classes are formatted differently, but when I took the ELI course sequence, we definitely covered the physiology aspect of it right alongside anatomy. The systems are divided between the two courses, so you may be missing out on half the preparation without 142. That being said, IF TEAS requirements remain the same and you are allotted 3 per year, I suggest taking the TEAS in March anyway. By then, you'll already have covered most of the systems, so it may only require a bit of self-studying. You'll be working with a fresh memory and you're also doubling your opportunity to apply without waiting too long in between. You'll find practice exams on ATI's website, which is definitely pricey but invaluable IMO. If you dig deeper, you'll also find an 80-question A&P practice test. The practice tests cost almost as much as the actual exam, and you are only allowed one retake before completely losing access to it. Treat the tests like it were the real exam and use it to gauge and fine tune your preparedness. Nothing beats test anxiety better than taking that test 4 times.

Thanks for the info! I have been meaning to see if anyone was able to attend the transfer fair. How is Mason's application process simpler compared to the other schools? In terms of competitiveness, does it differ if you are applying for the co-enrollment BSN programs, or would it be the same as applying for traditional BSN? For those who have or currently doing this route, could you share your thoughts and experiences? What is a realistic goal in terms of course load and maintaining school-life-work balance? Is work even feasible in nursing school?! Thanks for the info! I have been meaning to see if anyone was able to attend the transfer fair. From what I recall, it was 380 last cycle - which doesn't seem significantly more than this cycle's 280. I'm assuming they were able to smooth out some kinks from the switch last Fall.

Last cycle, I received an email when my application was marked ineligible, an email a month later stating program was full... And just as I was done licking my wounds, I also received a physical letter in the mail. ?? They are definitely moving through the process quicker this time around. I still have print outs from back when applications still had to be mailed in... I can only imagine how long and painful that waiting period was like. For those reapplying, are Castle Branch results still valid or do we have to get them done again?

NVCC Spring 2020
Hey everyone, just giving a heads up -- I just received a notification email today stating that my application is moving onto the next round. I submitted my application on the evening of 09/20. I'm not quite sure if they are processing applications in order of submission as it seems rather quick. Hope everyone gets some good news in their inbox soon! ? Good luck!
