  1. Also I forgot to mention that the bookstore will price match with books you find on amazon. So if you'd rather go to the bookstore to get your books, but want to get them cheaper, tell them you found the books on amazon for cheaper and they'll look them up.
  2. I've ordered a majority of my books from amazon, but i also got the bundle from the book store. I have a friend that started the nursing program in fall and she said the bundle was worth it and that she does use sherpath. Which sherpath is very expensive on it's own. I believe it's $199 for fundamentals and $229 for med-surg. Also when I ordered my books on amazon, I made sure to get new books for all the ones that require access.
  3. I'm a little confused, are the CAE courses due at orientation on November 7th for North Campus?
  4. The email said Thursday, November 7, but it didn’t give a time.
  5. I’m going to Helix Urgent care in deerfield for my physical and 5 titers tomorrow. I already have Tdap, flu, and ppd and they quoted me $270. I have health insurance but they don’t cover the cost of this unfortunately.
  6. I’m north as well! So happy I got my first pick no problems ?
  7. On your mybc, under registration and registration dates do you at least see this? Mine shows I can register tomorrow at 8am.
  8. Yes I am so excited to pick my campus! Funny thing is I have class at 8am tomorrow so I had to let my teacher know I was going to be late because this is like priority! ?
  9. Is anyone planning to use CEUFast for their courses? I can't seem to find the TB/OSHA/Hep B course.
  10. Ms. Nichole, I just registered for my Complio account, can I complete my fingerprinting before pre-admissions?
  11. I guess there must be multiple sessions, because mine is same date and location just at a different time.
  12. My email says that orientation is at 1pm on October 10th?
  13. Yay! Congratulations! See you at Pre-admission meeting! ?
  14. I got my email!!! Accepted!! ? sooooo happy right how!
  15. This is it, applications close today! Good luck everyone ? hopefully we’ll know the results in a few weeks!
  16. I'm not sure if you've seen this, put this is all the admission criteria info. Hopefully you'll find it helpful ?
  17. Hi, so as far as Micro goes you don't have to take it before applying. It just needs to be completed before you can get your degree. Here is a direct quote from the admissions criteria "MCB2010 and MCB2010L (Microbiology), Humanities elective and a Social/Behav Science elective are required for graduation from the Nursing program."
  18. Hi Bethany! I'm taking micro at central this semester too! I'm taking it with Professor Khan. What about you?
  19. Thank you! Do you mind me asking how it's determined which campus we get to attend the program at? I tried reading older threads, but couldn't find the information.
  20. Hi Geraldine, what campus are you hoping to get into? ?
  21. Yay early October isn't too far! Oh wow that's really convenient, hopefully you get Central! I live in Boca so I'm really hoping to get North Campus. I'm actually at Central Campus this semester and it's just a little too far for me to travel when North is closer.
  22. I just looked up the "Health Science Program - Admission Criteria" and for August 2019 acceptance, students had between a 2.5(1 point) and 4.0 gpa(16 points). Also, according to the Nursing Program FAQs we should know within 30 days of the end of the application date. I'm just getting anxious because the application date was extended. I wonder if they extended it because of hurricane Dorian or if application levels were low. What campus are you hoping to go to?
  23. Hi everyone! I also applied for Jan 2020 ? I'm so anxious waiting for the application period to close.
