I interviewed for med/surg and postpartum and haven't heard yet. Hbu?

I applied to Christiana for July start date right after Christmas and received the references and online interview links days after, before New Years. I went months without hearing anything and heard back to interview for 2 different residencies, and I know Christiana is in the process of calling out offers right now for a handful of residencies. I would maybe reach out to the nurse recruiter. I haven't heard of anyone getting the link to complete the online interview this late, but I don't know if they have different stages for that stuff. Sorry, I hope it works out!

Christiana seems to be at different levels with everything. I know they have different "waves" of when they are interviewing with everything. I also applied to NICU at Christiana and haven't heard anything, but a week ago had my interview with postpartum and am waiting on a call from them. I know postpartum, ED, and L&D were in wave 1 which is now completed and offers are being made, but unsure about which wave NICU is in.

When I was offered the interview for CICU my status changed to 'in process'. When they called me for this interview, they told me that I was not moving forward with NICU and the status changed to 'process complete'. I have a friend in school who interviewed with NICU in the beginning of February. DuPont seems like they are pretty slow with letting people know the status of what is going on ?

Thank you so much the info! When I got a call for CICU they told me I did not get a NICU interview, I wonder if the ICUs are trying to do one person per unit. Wondering about ED & the general application. Thanks again

Hi! I was wondering what department for Nemours you were supposed to interview for. I have been waiting and waiting for Nemours to start rolling out interviews and second round interviews. I interviewed with CICU 3 weeks ago, but still waiting for a response from other residencies in the system

Also, I've been noticing that the only residency that has been taken down is NICU, so I dont really expect any kind of communication regarding the next steps for a while until the application is taken off of their website.

Hi! I will be graduating this coming May. It is my dream to be hired at Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children. I currently work in an pediatric inpatient unit at a hospital in Delaware and am hoping and praying this will get me noticed since I *hear* it is almost impossible to get employed there as a new nurse. Anyone start recently in their nurse residency program? I am dying to talk about it! ?
