The thing is some hospitals apply ahead for cos but some apply for it when u get ur decision letter. Thr new process for applying for cos takes longer time. So it depends if ur hospital has already applied for it before getting your decision letter

Has anybody done standard visa of recent how many days did it take

I think sending them an email is better than calling them

Most of these hospitals dont pay upfront if u are applying without an agent.

I think they pay it together with first salary

I think that's d problem but some ppl that applied through agents get sponsored before going
