  1. Hi all! I’m a new nurse grad that just graduated a cpl months ago. Im currently in the beginning weeks of orientation at an outpatient clinic. I was lucky to land a job right out of nursing school working in an office 4 days a week with holidays and weekends off. I am conflicted on what to do. I received a job offer at my former employer at a local hospital for acute rehab for 7p-730a. I never wanted to work med surge but was considering acute rehab because I worked on that floor as a PCA. Working in rehab will give me the opportunity to gain nursing skills while the office is a pretty decent schedule. The office is pretty fast paced and keeps me busy but I find that I’m really not interested in ortho. There’s not many skills involved at all. I also have a school age child so scheduling is something to consider as well. I just don’t want to make a mistake. Any feedback or thoughts are appreciated thanks in advance.
