  1. Have not heard anything back ?
  2. That is sad? do they mention when is the registration deadline?
  3. Do they tell you if there are any seat left or if they add any seats?
  4. Hi All, Just wonder if anyone hear anything from waitlist these days. I am losing hope now ?
  5. !!!! Thanks for the info!
  6. Do I still pay the full tuition to challenge to course? And do I have access to notes and study guide before the challenge exam?
  7. Just a random question. How long does it take to complete bio235 from Athabasca university?
  8. I do not have all the prerequisites either but may decide to take some. Because I live in Edmonton and I got my first degree from u of a too. Ontario is way too far for me. Have you ever consider about any universities/ colleges in Vancouver?
  9. I am considering about University of Alberta Sep 2020
  10. They replied my email today. They said they cannot tell me where I stand on the waitlist. It is constantly changing and they often have several students at same GPA. Also number of seat is changing as people accepting offers. So basically I have no idea where am I and what chance I still have.
  11. They will only add seats for transfer students or degree holder also?
  12. That is really helpful. Seems like we still have pretty big chance
  13. I know! It is so stressful. They did not tell me. They just said check back frequently for any update
  14. I email them already to ask if they can reassess. Because 0.07 really makes a different. And take physiology course twice is really painful
  15. I took one writing course and one English course from University of Alberta which is the requirement for my previous degree (2 English courses or 1 writing 1 English). I got A- on writing and B+ on English. And they calculate the B+. I also took A&P in Vancouver long time before and got one B+ one B. After I transferred to University of Alberta I took another 6 credits human physiology courses and got B+. They calculate my Vancouver course with lower mark which made me 3.52 instead of 3.59. Not sure if they would consider my English writing course and the human physiology.
  16. Hi guys, I just got the email from admission. They told me for degree-holder, they are accepting people with GPA 3.56+ now. They told me my GPA is calculated at 3.52 while I calculated as 3.59. I took A&P twice and apparently they calculated the one with lower mark. And I took one University writing course and they did not consider it as a comparable English literature course. I do not know if I still have chance or they would like to reassess my GPA. Seems like I have to stay patient for another few weeks.
  17. I saw Luci from the forum got accepted with 3.68 GPA degree holder routine. So you should hear back soon.
  18. How fast do they reply email? The waiting game is so painful or should I just call them
  19. Almost all taken? May I know your GPA? Hope we still have chance
  20. I applied through degree holder. I will check it out.
  21. I am at 3.59 and still waiting. So I guess the current cutoff is 3.6? I tried to call the nursing office yesterday 3:50pm and they already closed so I sent email. Hopefully I can hear something back.
  22. wow congratulations! I think I am 3.59 if I calculate correct. I should probably call them and see there I am Congratulations! May I know your GPA?
  23. Hey, Did you hear anything yet? I am kind of in the same situation. And I have to leave my current job and move to Calgary. Not sure if they start to admit people from waitlist.
  24. Hi All, Anyone on the waitlist hear anything? I am wondering if they start to lower the GPA cutoff and take the people from waitlist.
