I have heard a lot of talk about hospitals requiring a bachelor's degree for the 10 years I have been working in a hospital setting. I'm not saying it won't happen, I'm only saying it hasn't happened yet. Also I believe that the only hospital around here that compensates more to do higher education is the V.A. Follow your heart and do what feels right. I am personally going for my associates because it is much cheaper and I plan on going right back after I have started work as a nurse. Also, a lot of hospitals do tuition reimbursement so you would be reimbursed a fair amount if you were already working there. Just my 2 cents.

I'm surprised someone answered. I've called 3 times today and it just goes to voice mail. They are torturing us ? I honestly think that the staff doesn't know much since they are not on the committee.

Same. A generic email telling us it has been delayed would be better than nothing.

I cant live under this type of stress ?. Just send our emails already!
