Hi Rosey, I'm trying to move over as an RN myself, can I ask did you apply for both your RPN and RN at the same time from NNAS? Was there a difference in the application between the RN forms required and the RPN ones? If you could give any advice I'd be so incredibly greatful! Thank you

Hi guys, I might be posting this in the wrong part of the site! (so please forgive me if I am). I am an Irish nurse who wants to transfer her license to Ontario. I have started all the paperwork and sent everything to the NNAS but having read a lot of people's experiences with the NNAS I'm worried that my qualifications won't be comparable for an RN, despite having my BSc! It seems that no matter where you train, if it isn't in Canada it's not commparable!! I was hoping someone might have some advice for me on whether I would be better off to possibly add LPN onto my application? I know it wouldn't be guaranteed but would I be more likely comparable for this? Also if anyone could tell me what the NNAS application for this would entail- I've already sent the items for the RN application so would I need to resend all the documents or are there separate ones for an LPN?
