Mine was only ~20 minutes and I felt the same way, LOL.

I was 0730 and didn't start until close to 0750, so not surprised they're pretty far behind.

It's not that bad. I have been there several times with family and friends, in different areas of the city. Would rate It's safety at par compared to other small cities >100k people.

3.7 GPA, 307 GRE, little over 2 years CVICU at level 1 trauma/teaching facility, 6 months travel with various ICU positions. PALS and CCRN. They go by a scoring system but I'm not sure how everything is weighed.

My stats may be irrelevant since I got interviewed and didn't get in but: 2 years CVICU experience in a level 1 trauma center. 3.6 GPA 307 GRE CCRN Unit Committee and preceptor experience.

Yeah I found out yesterday I didn't get in.

Anyone heard anything after their interview yet? 2nd years said it's usually the next day after interviews are done.

It appears they have. Unless they add another day, All the time spots for interviews are filled.

Looks like last year they found out first week of October. So maybe this week or next?

Just got an email from Dr. Hewer with an interview invite! Keep checking those emails!

Yeah I thought it was fast too. Maybe MK had a really early application?? But no my friend had something missing from her application and the director emailed her about it this morning. At the end he said "We will still consider you for admission. If you get an interview/accepted we will discuss."

My best friend has been emailing back and forth with the director. They are STILL in the review process for interviews. There's hope.

I just submitted my application today! Hoping for the best.

Hey all, I am preparing to submit my application to Western Carolina University's CRNA program for admittance in Summer 2020. Looking to see if anyone else is planning to apply and how the process is going for you. Their application portal is very simple and doesn't give an option to add CCRN, shadowing hours, etc. Are you just adding that to your resume or waiting until interviews if you get one? I plan on applying to UT-Chatt next year if I do not get in this time around. I'm also applying to Western Carolina University this month, still undetermined which one would be my first pick if I manage to get accepted to UTHSC and WCU.

Just found out I got an interview as well! I'll be there Thursday 9/12 at 1:30. Is anyone else traveling pretty far for the interviews? I'll be driving about 8 hours from Johnson City, TN.
