  1. Hey! Welcome and congratulations @tnf! I just made the move from Manhattan, so the more NYer's the merrier. ?
  2. @Eny2000 May 4th (it's listed under admissions dates on the Rapid Degree website)
  3. @ges3636 yes, please start the FB page.. can't wait to connect with you and @trex0621 !!
  4. @LiRN16 - did you hear back from any other schools? (Also, hi, we met at the info session!)
  5. Hi everyone - I received my acceptance letter! ?
  6. Hi @Nooni - best of luck to you! I am waiting to hear back as well. I've done some deep undercover research ? , have read EVERY HFU message board on this site, read the Nursing Handbook that is posted on HFU Rapid Degree nursing page and I've attended an info session. This is what I can gather: 1. I understand classes will be Mon-Wed, most likely 8-4. There might be a lab one of those days that is 4 hours. The other two days (can even be a weekend) are clinical hours. We would start clinical after the first 8 weeks. A former student blogged her experience and even posted what her schedule was like the first 3 months in the program. I found her blog to be helpful: https://nursevrinds.wordpress.com/ 2. I would be a commuter too - i'm 55 miles away! I think clinicals are within a 25 mile radius. I am not sure if NJ is included. 3. You are allowed 1 clinical/lab absence a semester, you are required to make that up. I am unsure what their attendance policy is for actual class days. I hope this is helpful and best of luck to you!!
  7. For those that have been accepted (SO AWESOME, CONGRATS!!) will you attend the info session on Feb 1?
  8. I reached out to Marie a few days ago and she said they are behind by about 3 weeks - knowing that has helped me not to refresh my email every 30 seconds?
  9. Whoo-hoo @trex0621, congratulations on your acceptance!! @TheStudent123 and @laurlaur915, I am in the same boat. My official transcript arrived around Jan 2. I completed my 5th pre-req just before Christmas. I imagine we will hear in the next 2 weeks or so. The waiting is hard!
  10. did you all receive an email? And did the status change on your application dashboard? asking for a friend ?
  11. @LiRN16 and @EagleEye22 this is WONDERFUL news!! Congratulations!!
  12. Wishing and declaring acceptances for us! May this be the week that we find out! ?
  13. EagleEye - have you heard anything from Holy Family? I still waiting!
  14. I noticed they extended the application deadline to Feb 6th instead of Jan 10th!
  15. Hey all! I didn't see a topic created for Holy Family University Summer 2020 Rapid degree program. I am finishing up my 5th and final prerequisite and will officially apply by the end of the year. I would love to hear how the application process went for you!
