Is anyone familiar with TCH onboarding process after you got an offer? or does the onboarding process start on your hire date?

Hello everyone! All of you might not be able to answer my questions as this thread is from last year. However, I ask those who have gotten offers from TCH last year. I have gotten an offer and will be starting to work at TCH on 02/2024. Please, let me know:- What the onboarding process was like before the start date? Is there orientation that takes place or are there any requirements that need to be done? I need to go out of town and not end up not being able to get to do the requirements. I appreciate you all for any information you share! Thank you for your time!
