Thank you! I know it's not easy ? When did you receive the finalist email? From what I've seen for previous years they can come within a few days or a few weeks!

I received a finalist email on July 18th. Patiently waited for a counter signature and then on August 2nd the offer was recalled. Later on that day Hrsa sent an updated contract and I signed.
