In the rejection letters, do they specify the departments you applied to or the reason for the rejection? I'm struggling to understand their processes ?

I check multiple times a day ? I'm thinking at this point it's a no-go, especially if there have already been over 50 invitations for interview. I want to be optimistic, but... Whatever the case may be, I know that we will all find our place ?? Regarding your mention of unit specific applications, did you apply to the advanced heart failure unit? I applied to this as well. I thought it was a listing made in error because it had no mention of New Grad in the title, but the description listed the residency eligibility requirements. I think it was also originally posted in January.

Same. I haven't received anything. I can't recall the units I applied to either because I kept changing my mind. I just want to be given a chance, I'll go anywhere ? pretty sure oncology/hospice and tele though

No rejections so far? My application is still marked as "under consideration". I'm approaching my one year since graduation. After one year I think applicants are ineligible for residency for most hospitals if I'm not mistaken. Oh, please God, hear my cry ? At the same time, we are all exactly where we need to be... right?

A recruiter or talent requisition personnel from Providence. Their domain is providence.org and they add "the Providence family of organizations" underneath their name in the signature where a title should be. I don't know who is assigned where, however from what I am gathering, I have seen Kyle and Jonathon for southern California locations.

Did you interview with St. Jude in Fullerton? I have emailed the recruiter twice to no avail. The suspense in killing me. All other applications have been marked "not retained", but I also didn't interview with them.

Has anyone who has interviewed with St. Jude (SJMC) and has NOT received an offer still have an applications status of "under consideration"? Or has anyone received a rejected letter yet?

So, I applied to 4 providence locations, and the only one I interviewed with (SJMC) is the only one marked "under consideration". Has anyone received a rejection letter from them or know when they are going to send out rejection letters? The 2 week mark was yesterday. The recruiter I am assigned to hasn't responded to my emails.

With union you have better job security. I feel like the union position is more desirable, especially if you have been offered a spot in their residency program. That's what I would do, but it all depends on what is better for your current situation and what you value. Is moving closer an option for you?
