  1. I've struggled with finding a job for over a year now, finally found one at the VA. They are offering me 93k and found me to be a nurse II level VI with a DNP degree. This feels low as an NP but I know the VA has better benefits. Thoughts?
  2. I have applied endlessly. I have an interview set this week, meeting with several different people from 8am to noon. They already emailed me the benefits package. The position is only part-time, 24 hours/week. I have been unable to find anything around me and would need to move 2 hours away for this position. Do I take it? I know the position has been open for over a year. They also have other positions open in other specialties, I was thinking about asking to cross train to pick up more hours. How long of a notice should I give my current employer as an RN in the hospital? They are now pulling some shady crap and mandating overtime with the covid. I just want out of that so bad. They have already hired my replacement as I graduated in May and they thought I'd be gone by now. I'm thinking 2 weeks notice will be fine.
