From what I understood the scrubs are worn to lab and the uniforms are worn to school , and the scrubs are bought on your own as long as theyre navy , please correct me if im wrong ??‍♀️

Thank you! I called him he said my application was still under review and would get back to me by friday and then called me an hour later and said I was accepted ... Any idea which campus the ABSN program is out of bc I know they have a few

I just spoke to Paul Reid I was accepted into the program ? ... I asked him if I can defer until january and he said he strongly advises against it ... are you guys all starting in september even with the short notice ?

Did he say when orientation would be ?

Its definitely frustrating !! Paul said he would call me tomorrow , something tells me he wont so im going to call him and try to get to the bottom of this because this is very last minute ! Ill keep you guys updated!

Exactly I have my work schedule for september already my supervisor would not be happy if I told her I went back to school so last minute ... and also what about paying the tuition its so much to do to start so soon .. Yes he told me on tues he would call me wednesday to speak about my GPA , he never called so I called him and then he told me I would have an answer from nursing by next wednesday and when I asked if I could call him he said I can but its not necessary so we’ll see !

Hi everyone! Im new to this forum so not sure if im posting in the correct section ? I applied to Mercy’s ABSN program sometime in May I think it was and as of today have yet to receive an acceptance or a rejection letter. (they never even let me know they received my application prior to me calling and confirming with admissions ) ... I spoke to admissions and they told me to call Paul Reed , I spoke to Paul today and he told me that my GPA was over a 3.0 and that I met the criteria for the program and my application was sent to the nursing department for review and he would get back to me by wednesday next week with an answer ... But I dont understand how this is going to work because its already August and I would most likely need to rearrange my work schedule, and pay for the fall semester, and register for classes in a very short amount of time (assuming I get accepted) ... is anyone else in the same situation?? Good luck !!
