I was put on the waitlist (for transfer route) near the beginning of October. I got accepted last week. So they definitely lowered the gpa for transfers if that helps

Has anybody who has lower than a 3.7 gotten in through transfer route ? I'm still on the waiting list

Yeah admissions told me the same thing. Unless the gpa is higher or the spots have already filled, thats a bit odd you're on the waitlist. And also I applied with a 3.58

I applied for the transfer route in July and haven't heard anything yet. When I called in recently asking about the average, the lady in the nursing office had told me that they hadn't come up with a rigid GPA yet, and they wont until near the end of September. I'm feeling this just may be the case for transfer students as some people (degree holders) have been admitted already ?
