So sorry about this. I think your agent is not the problem because they are also waiting for the trust to release your CoS. I think i got really fortunate with the trust i applied for because it only took 3 working days when they released my CoS because they want us to arrive in the UK as a group next month rather than as individuals. Just be patient. ?

This happened to me before. My agency paid for the cbt and nmc but due to unforseen circumstances, i have to transfer to another trust. However, everytime they schedule me for a skype interview they suddenly cancelled it just an hour prior to interview and it happened twice. What i did, i frankly told them that i will be looking for another hospital with another agency. I think they were shocked so they scheduled me for a sure interview. I think you can do the same, as long as you did not sign an agreement that you are going to pay them when you decide to look for another agency and you did not give them any of your documents. You have to move forward and do what is best for you. ???

The next step is applying and securing your CoS from the trust you applied for. You need to have the CoS to apply for your visa. ?

I think it will depend on the hospital. For me, it only took 3 working days because they want me to arrive there with the group rather than alone. Some says it takes weeks...it will really depend on the hospital.

I did because my agent didn't mebtion that a letter from a referee is not acceptable. So she just took thier names and email add then send a form to them.

The referees should cover the last 3 years of your employment. I got mine from my former nurse manager and my current supervisor and head nurse. ?

And oh...I don't think you need a hard copy. But if you want to be sure, you can print it. In my case, my agent didn't send me the form from my referees. She send it directly to the trust then after 3 days we got our CoS. ?

Really they gave you the forms? Hihihi. I actually don't know what it looks like, just one of my referees told me it was like a survey form. After they answered the form, they emailed it back to my agent. It was between them, I didn't know what they answered in the form. ? I was just reminding my referees to finish it then send it back to my agent...

Do you have agent? I also submitted letters for reference but it was not accepted so i gave the names and email add of my referees to our agent then they emailed them forms (like a survey form). After that, they applied for my CoS.

We applied for my CoS yesterday. My ahent said it will be released by next week.

Thank you. I already express my concern to my agency. They understood my frustrations so they will get me an Skype interview with another hosp this week. I hope this will be it. Hehehe. If nothing happens this week then that's the time I'll look for another agency who can get properly address my situation. The one I'm having a problem with is the agency in the UK. Their partner agency here in the Philippines are also waiting for their moves there. They are also frustrated so they will try to get me a new interview schedule with diff hosp.

I don't know if it really is the hosp or the agency in the uk who is having an issue. I can't wait any longer because i have a document that's expiring by next month. It was quite expensive if i will get that document again. ? I'm now thinking of looking for another hosp to get an interview with but i don't know how to say it to my current agency. Hmmmm. 27 days (weekends included ? ). yes, we can. there are nurses with the same situation like mine. because in the DL, they will not mention your hosp or the trust.

I was thinking the same thing but a friend told me it took her just a month and a half after the cert of sponsorship from the hosp she will work with was released. I actually received my decision however I need to transfer to another nhs trust because the first hospital where i got accepted will deploy their next batch of nurses in December or early next year. So my agent advised me to try another hospital. I will have the skype interview with them soon which made me so anxious.

Hi. Do you have the tracking number of your documents? In my case, i sent my documents thru DHL, they gave me a tracking and i was able to track the parcel online (its location until it reached the UK, it even showed who received the documents in NMC).

The exit stamp on my passport was the proof i gave nmc. And since it's in arabic i had it translated by an official translator plus a declaration of translation. Will do. Please wait. ?

I also had problem with my documents from Saudi Council. I don't have a representative there to take the RAV form to the saudi council so i made an explanation letter had it notarized plus i attached my cert of good standing. I was really anxious about it but am so thankful that they released my dl the other day. I didn't secure a police clearance too from saudi so i also made an explanation letter plus proofs that i didn't have any derogatory prior to my exit.
