Hello everyone! I applied for my first permit 7 months post graduation, I had a condition placed on it by the BON. They need an employers reference after so many hours to prove good character, competency and safety. The BON told me this is a standard condition placed on all graduates who apply after 6 months post graduation. Will this condition affect my job prospects? And how do I handle this situation with a potential employer (when do I tell them, etc). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank youu!
