Okay, just called and this is what was said “they are being processed today and will be sent out NO LATER than tomorrow morning” so possibly some coming out today??

From the previous years, it looks like the emails go out around noonish. Obviously that isn’t concrete or anything. Just seems to be the case for last year and year before

Any advice you feel would be super helpful in the case of acceptance? anything you wish you did or didn’t do?

UGH another week of waiting

Did they say anything about when decisions are going out? Odd that some got confirmations and some didn’t. Ty did respond and say I should have received a conformation back on the 20th of last month but I checked my email again and nothing on that date. I only got TEAS confirmation as well.

Has anyone gotten anything today? I found out from a friend that that there were emails sent out confirming that your application was submitted and complete but I never got one of those so im worried the wrong email is being used! Don’t want to miss the decision emails! I emailed Ty about it but nothing yet.

has anyone taken the TEAS yet?! I’m taking my first teas February 22nd and im beyond nervous! Using the paid version of the pocket prep to take 100 questions almost everyday. I also created a Facebook group as well if anyone wants to join. Just search for Sentara BSN 2020 applicants

Would any one be willing to tutor me for the TEAS test? obviously I would pay but I would like to score in the 80s my first attempt and not have to worry about taking it a second time!

has anyone taken statistics through portage? do you have to go to a testing center? or do a video chat test? how easy was it?

If you go to USPS’s website you can register for online mailing which will show you what is coming to your mailbox in the morning for that day!

Would you have time to tutor for the TEAS?! I have found that I just do better with a tutor on big tests like this!!

I would love your tips for the HESI!! And congrats that’s an awesome score! And to my knowledge you can start the concurrent enrollment after 1 semester in the program, but Sentara pays the same for ADN and BSN and offers tuition reimbursement for the contractual 5 years after hire BSN requirement

I will be missing AP 2 and micro as well when I apply! fingers crossed all A’s and a decent HESI score are enough!!!

Hi Thank you so much for this info, it is greatly appreciated! I don’t take the HESI till December. I’ll be applying to the fall 2020 cohort but when I apply I’ll be missing BIO142 and BIO 150 so I’m assuming I won’t get in and reapply for the spring 2021 when I have those done and retake anything I get a B or lower in and try to take chemistry and statistics so I can apply to Sentara as well! If you have any tips at all please let me know!!
