  1. Does anyone know if we are required to turn in proof of flu shot with our application?
  2. Does anyone know how many TDaP vaccines do we need? Is it just the one every 10 years or 2 doses, if so how far do they have to be from each other?
  3. Got it. Thanks I’ll keep working on this hopefully I can make it on time
  4. How would I do a rush order, by calling them ? I have to choose the spring compliance tracker right, at main campus? Insurance is not required until we are accepted to the program is that correct . Sorry for all the questions
  5. One more question, I m just Creating an account with castle branch. Do you think I’ll make it on time for application deadline, I know it’s Monday. Long story short, I though I needed both vaccines for hep A in order to apply. Just figured out yesterday that I only need to have the first dose before deadline
  6. Oh ok, thank you very much for your help
  7. I found one that has them but it’s from 2017, it mentions Sentry MD instead of Castle Branch. Do you think that matters? I was trying to find an updated one
  8. Hi everyone, can someone guide me on where to find the nursing application and statement of students responsibility? I did finish the PowerPoint but haven’t receive the forms and was wondering if there is another way of getting ahold of them.
