Hey all!! I haven't been on in a bit but just wanted to check in. Has everyone submitted their application? I'm a bit hesitant because I'm nervous about the online interview (despite everyone saying not to worry lol). I want to give my letter of recommenders adequate time to work on that but I'm nervous to submit and have to do the online interview right away! With the deadline quickly approaching I want to get this done asap but just have anxiety about it. For those of you who have already done the interview, do you have to get it done in a certain time frame after submitting the application itself? Or does it just have to be done by the deadline? I'm hard at work making final edits on my personal statement so the only thing really making me nervous at this point (before submission) is the interview. Any words of encouragement or advice are greatly appreciated! I hope you are all doing well and getting along fine with your applications. ?

Hey, I just wanted to check in with everyone! There hasn't been much activity on here like past years (so it seems). The application opens on Thursday! Ahh!! How does everyone feel? Any advice to share? Also, anyone from the Columbus area have any luck with shadowing NPs? I want to finalize my decision on the speciality I want to apply for and I think that is the best way to.

Hey! I just want to get in the loop and be a part of this thread. So glad I stumbled upon an old thread! I am also preparing to apply for the 2020 cohort. I have offically entered freak out mode. I feel so under prepared to apply because I have so many questions about everything! I’m having trouble choosing a speciality that I’d like to apply to. I’d love to be a NNP but the amount of time spent towards the degree scares me a bit. I’m also interested in CNM and PMHNP (I come from a Psychology background). I’d love to hear advice from others and how you are preparing for the application as it opens a month from now!
