Yeah advisors that will be their response because they do not know I called the nursing department they do the letters and go through them and then send them out. I call the actual nursing department and it will be sent this monday. Girl you gonna give me a heart attack

I called Wednesday to the nursing office and the lady told me they are sending letters out on the Monday the 28th I dont understand why now we wont receive till thanksgiving. That makes no sense at all im gonna call

I hope its same day!! I would think it would be 1-2 days though because outgoing mail get picked up at 9:30 am and people apply from different cities like me in palm coast I think people that are actually in Daytona will have same day mail. MY ANXIETY is crazy I want to know soooo bad!!!

OMG GUYS!! I called nursing department just a minute ago and letters are being sent out the 28th!! The nursing department says that is usally earlier then usual so maybe there was a lot less people that applied!! I hope we ALL get in!!

oh yeah and the brand of scrubs you can choose from just in case you wanted to know is cherokee, landau pro-flex, and sketchers. I also have book list if you need it! Once we get accepted its best to get most stuff out of way little by little because my sister waited and it got very pricey because she had to buy everything at once. Yes we all need to stick together and help each other if we can we all need and want this!! I litterally can not wait ❤️

Hey Rhyleigh! Yes they have to be all white, no logos, closed toe, low heel, and closed, non- skid, non permeable, and no canvas. I copied word from word from the sheet my sister got from orientation ? Its very specific lol. your socks can only be white or neutral tone. if you wear shirt under uniform it can only be plain white. They are very strict with uniforms. I got most all my supplies already beside uniform and shoes. Supplies are : Stethoscope, bandage scissors, pen light, and watch. Hope this helps!

Yes the wait is the worst ! What also sucks is people will get in nursing program and then drop out and then those are seats that don't get replaced I feel if your absolutely positively sure this is what you want to do then apply but if not people could be possibly taking our seats !! A lot of people in my sisters class drop out and they don't replace seats because of the fall classes already started. I feel bad for so many people that really want it and don't get in. I hope and pray we all get in !!

Yeah I am super nervous! I know I have high gpa but I dont know how many other people have high gpa. I really need this more then anything! I hope and pray I get in also.. I worked so hard for this. I wish they would send letterss like today! I know when my sister applied the GPA cutoff was pretty high. Thats why Im freaking out lol the gpa cut off was 3.41. and My sister didn't get white coat.

Thats so long I applied a day after the hurricane ended so like the first week of September so I have been waiting forever also. Dang that sucks!! They are called hunter green. I tagged the ones my sister got. Hey Rhyleigh, I don't think anyone on here has received letters yet. I think we will get next week or the week after. Hopefully!! I have been waiting forever!! My sister is in her first semester but she is at palm coast campus. The campus your put on is what depends on where your clinicals will be. After 6 weeks you get to do clinical in nursing home that is where first clinicals will be. My sister also told me they are expanding palm coast campus to where you can do the whole nursing program there which will make space for more applicants. I will have to ask her about schedule because I forgot. I am pretty sure its 3 days a week.

When I did my application they told me what category I am in based on my gpa and prereqs being all done and my teas being at or above what is asking. I put category link down below. He also told me basically how they decide. I also went to nursing department first they go by someone who has completed all requirements. If there is someone with 4.0 that doesn't have all requirements done they will not get in, if someone had 3.5 and had everything done they would get in before a 4.0 would. I have all requirements done and higher gpa scale that is why I was put in category 1 he said. They go by first requirements of everything being done, then they go by gpa and if someone has same gpa and its like last spot then they would compare teas. Jesslynn, Yeah they said when I applied I am in category 1 so I have a really good chance of getting in! I just hate waiting I hope we all get in. I just want to know NOW!!

Im sure you will get in Hopefully not to many people applying for spring ❤️ I am thinking around October 26th thats when other people have gotten it that applied in spring semester. I am so anxious and very impatient I just want to know already!! LET ME KNOW WHEN ANYONE GETS A LETTER!!!

I hope you get in !! I don't think there is that many applicants this year but you never know. I went into the ms brown office and I just wanted to make sure she had my application which she did bc I applied at Palm Coast. When she looked for my name which starts with W she didnt have to scroll that long so hopefully not to many people applied !!!! But if you have to I would try to get into valencia or put applications in other nursing programs. That way you can start and move on. I know it is a waiting game but don't give up your almost there!

That sucks omg!! Now you have to go through this all again! I am aiming for the palm coast campus bc its closer for me but honestly idc I will drive if I have too !! Hopefully I will see you at orientation. I am excited to be able to finally apply those prerequisites took me a full year to finish lol. My sister just got in, in the may application period. So she will be a semester ahead of me so I can get the ins and outs. Im nervous but so excited for this journey!!
