Hi. My preceptor sent in the evaluation and I saw it and my preceptor personally called my Instructor and told her she sent it. I have prove , the help desk got prove to show that the evaluation was reflecting in the system but my teacher keeps saying she can't find it on her end. So if all of us could see it except on her end how is it my business? That is why I said I don't understand. I can't repeat the semester because I didn't fail, got an A. They only need to remove the fail grade so I can continue. Thanks for your time NurseBlaq.

Hello NurseBlaq. Yes I wrote to the dean several time after my appeal letter and she never bothered to reply me. I have just sent her an email again. Even though is more than 10 business days. I am frustrated because I don't know where to start. The discrimination is clear. How would the preceptor sent in our evaluations me and the other students, they saw hers and claimed they didn't see mind. I spoke with my AC and he said they are supposed to give my grade and that he didn't see where I went wrong. He too is fighting hard for me. The fact is I passed the class with an A. Isn't that crazy? My heart is bleeding. Thank you!

I wrote to the Dean up till today no reply. according to the hand book am supposed to get a reply by 10 business day but is getting to 3 weeks nothing. They are discriminating on me. i will look for an attorney i can pass a class and they decided to fail me for a lie that my preceptor didn't send them my evaluation. My preceptor had prove and the help desk also got prove to show that my evaluation was done and posted but my instructor still lied she was not able to to see it, just to look for a way to fail me. i will fight back for real. Hi. I am in the same boat. I was dismissed from the program because my Instructor claims she didnot see my preceptor evaluation. I wrote an appeal for the fail grade she gave me, but still yet nothing. I am Looking forward to take south university to court. I passed the course but she gave me a fail grade. I have contacted the necessary bodies but I am being ignored. Any advice?
