  1. Wage difference between working in nursing agency vs staff nurse in Ontario

    Hi all, just some questions for people who chose to work with nurse staffing agencies vs being a staff nurse. I am just wondering what the wage differences might be between staying on a unit as staff nurse vs going to work in a nursing agency in Ontario? I'm assuming the other difference is that the schedules aren't going to be as pre-planned as it would be if you were on a regular staff roster on a unit? Thanks!
