    Hi all! I am looking to move to the Bay Area, my significant other lives there and trying to cut down on long distance. I have 2 years of ER and trauma experience but I am having trouble even finding any postings for ER jobs in San Francisco. Does anyone have any advice? Are ER jobs in the city just that hard to find? I have found a few postings for travel opportunities and while I would be open to this, I would prefer something a little more concrete moving to such an expensive city!
