  2. I am waiting for my visa currently, alot of fear and expectations. they put me in priority service,3 working day passed,unfortunately its the weekend at the UK currently.

  8. this is from the government website,conditions have changed now https://workpermit.com/immigration/united-kingdom/uk-tier-2-shortage-occupation-list#uk Nurses sponsored must: Have obtained full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council; or Have passed the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s Computer Based Test (CBT) of competence; or Have obtained a Nursing and Midwifery Council permission before the 30th of April 2015 to undertake the Overseas Nursing Programme, and be sponsored to undertake a supervised practice placement as part of the programme, which has been approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Evidence of 1,2, or 3 above must be presented to the Home Office on request, and MUST be provided if applying for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship. Band 3 and equivalent: £17,787 Band 5 and equivalent: £23,023 Band 6 and equivalent: £28,050

My friend,check the visa page on the governmental website,lots of things have changes,they issue it if they were given a prove you passed the NMC or got the DL,either, I was unaware of it till I got surprised some peers left in the waiting time! so asked and they didn't mind to accelerate the process
  10. Lots of my peers were deployed while waiting for the DL, I think its the NHS trust we deal with. They said they already applied for the CoS while knowing the DL isn't yet issued. They claimed the only issue is technical issues.same excuse was told to my friend who got her DL already
  11. i am waiting for my CoS payment since a month!they said there's a problem with the credit card and they are waiting for it to get resolved
  12. Joined the queue on 1st of October! no updates but their request that I wait! So stressed out as my visa in the UAE will expire this month and afraid they might ask for more papers while I am home

Hi guys Same here,i was supposed to be deployed by November as i was informed,got a month delay and still waiting,when chased the trust they said the credit cards are held and they aint able to pay the CoS fees! and they accelerated as per them. its so frustrating! My visa in the UAE expires this month and i feel absolutely stressed out by the situation as i was ready to leave this month yet no news from them. Any advice please
