  1. Can a Canadian Nurse work at an American VA hospital?

    Hi, I'm on the night shift and just toying with a few things, I could probably get my answer during business hours asking my own management. But lets see if there's an answer out here in allnurses land. My girlfriend is an RN with a TN visa to work in the US. She lives in Windsor, ON and works in Detroit, MI. Lots of Canadian nurses do. But my question is, can she work at a VA hospital? I work here as an RN and it's great, it'd be great to get her in on this too. Thanks Nurses! Hope one of yous guys might have some insight!
