  1. Sorry that this response is not directly related to the original thread. But I saw in your post that you wrote about Northwest Community Hospital. Do you work there or know someone who does? If you do could look at my post titled "Northwest Community Hospital". I was thinking about applying there and was hoping to hear a little bit about what it's like to work there.
  2. Hi there, I wanted to get some information about working as an RN in the ER at Northwest Community. I will probably be moving to the area in the summer and was thinking about applying there. How big is the ER? What's the staffing like? How are the doctors, meaning how is the relationship between the doctors and nurses? Do they use a lot of agency there? What kind of different shifts do they have? I will be a new grad with about 1 year experience in the ER by that time, any idea what the pay would be like? Thanks a ton for any info!!
