@thenightingale Do you know anything about Kingwood's transition program? Have you heard of it being similar to North Harris'? I applied to Kingwood only and haven't seen much about their program on here and I just want to mentally prepare myself if it's anything like your program!!

Hey guys! I'm applying to the transition program at the Kingwood campus. I'm finishing up my pharmacology class next month so if I get an A, I'll be applying with a 7.52! I keep hearing Kingwood is really competitive so hopefully my score is good enough! And good luck to everyone!

Someone had like a 7.45 and I have a 7.42 so that person is only .03 points ahead of me. I shouldn’t be that far behind I suppose. Also, I didn’t know you could call and ask what your rank on the list is? I’ll probably call tomorrow and ask where I’m at

So are you saying that there should be more spots opening up for the LVN program soon?

I just recently saw that an alternate with the score .03 points above me get accepted so hopefully I’m next! Congrats on the ADN acceptance!

What campus did you get accepted at for LVN? I’m an alternate at Kingwood and Montgomery but my first choice of campus is Kingwood. I’ve been hoping I get a call soon if people are giving up their spots

Wow, close scores. I asked at one of the information sessions once, what was the lowest score that got accepted last year for LVN and they told me 7.2 so I was pretty confident that I was going to get an acceptance letter but I'm only an alternate. But of course I'm hoping for the best and I get called to either the Kingwood or Montgomery campus. Good luck to you too btw!

Did anyone get accepted into the LVN program at Kingwood/Montgomery? I got a 7.42/8 and I was chosen as an alternate. I thought that was high enough to get accepted but I guess this year is really competitive?
