I was wondering the same thing! I have not. I may have heard wrong but I remember hearing to wait to purchase until it got closer to start date ? Please correct me if I’m wrong!

For the LVN program you have two options: either take 2404 or take both 2401 & 2402; if you go with the second option , they will use the higher of the scores but you must take both 2401 & 2402. Since you’ve already taken 2401, better to just take 2402 if you haven’t already that way if you decide to transition to RN, you’ve met the pre-req for that program too. ? I’ll attach the score sheet ?

I actually went on the lonestar website to try to figure this out myself since it was the weekend (I was freaking out lol) but we are supposed to go on the Identgo website to schedule an appt (the steps are outlined in one of the links); however, when I tried to schedule my appt, it said I wasn’t registered or something along those lines so I couldn’t schedule the appt. I spoke to our director (Kingwood) this AM and she said she will look into it & to call Valerie by Thursday if I haven’t heard from them or am still having trouble getting an appointment. From what I understand from the other blog (FALL 2019 RN HOPEFULS) we were supposed to get an email. So I’ll wait for either an email or follow up with Valerie this week ?

That was my original plan! But I would have to retake the HESI in hopes for a higher score. There’s only 2 campuses starting in the spring so by looking at the recent scores, seems like it’s going to be even more competitive.

Hey everyone ! Just wanted to give an update that I got called with a spot in the LVN program!!!! Praise God! If you haven’t received a call, hang in there and keep hope! I was bummed too. This year has been really competitive in both the RN & LVN program compared to the scores I’ve seen ( and from the scores discussed in the information session I went to). I also wondered how far/close I was next in line, in case anyone dropped their spot and I even wondered if there would be a spot for me. But now I’m in ??. So hang in there ?

Thanks . Hoping I get accepted . It must have been really competitive because there were some students with a 7.456 who were accepted to the Fall RN program . So we’ll see ??
