  1. Jtheone posted a topic in TEAS Exam Help
Has anyone recently take their TEAS exam, if so how as it?
  2. What did they say about the waitlist?
  3. I am going to retake my TEAS exam and take some Summer classes of additional classes to boost my application. Tbh I am so mad RN. From the misinformation to the amount of time and money I have invested. I thought about an entry level masters program but I think I need a BSN plus who has money to do?
  4. Same, they denied me too. Oh well. Just don't give up. What were your stats if you don't mind me asking.
  5. Thanks love and I wish you the best as well. Thank you for your service too (u mentioned your military experience) ❤❤
  6. Thanks, I feel as though everyone should at least begin as a CNA and then pursue their BSN because they'll have patient experience. As for my case, I have no patient experience, only volunteer work and academic grades. So ofcourse someone with experience will have an advantage over me. It's very discouraging and upset. If I could go back in time and strive for a 4.0, I would
  7. East bay is all about stats, they don't care for minimum requirements. You will not get in with the minimum requirements, they accept everyone with high stats 3.8 to 4.0 and 80% and up
  8. I wish the journey was easy or someone had told me the truth about nursing. I followed this brochure from a previous school and it said do not receive a grade lower than a C. I got 2 Bs and 2 B-s, in my 4 science classes (ap 1 and ap2, Chem, Microbiology) and was told that it wasn't competing, then I retook ap2 and got an A but it's still not good enough. I'm observing that everyone who got a letter has 'perfect' stats (for example: 4.0 GPA and outstanding TEAS score).
  9. Honestly, it's a bummer but there may still be hope of acceptance. Keep in mind that just because someone gets an interview doesn't mean they are accepted into the program. Though, I wish they would just send out the emails already. Who likes waiting for rejection, I don't.
  10. Congratulations ?
  11. Wow, they told me this week LOL. Okay, thank you for reaching out and letting me know! And I had a hard time calculating points, how do I calculate them? My stats are nowhere near yours, I meet a slight bit over the minimum requirements ?
  12. And soon, I have become impatient?
  13. Please let me know what they say ?
  14. For some reason, after they gave me the information to activate my account. It never allowed me to sign up for an email.
  15. Hear anything yet?
  16. It must have been for the interview because I reached out and they told me the same thing. We are in week 2 and I have not heard anything.
  17. If you don't get an interview, then does that mean you aren't accepted? Is this week considered the second week of October?
  18. Hi for TAMUC 22', did you submit your application on NURSINGCAS, also how did they deliver your acceptance letter?
  19. Take AP 1 and AP 2 together since they are closely related though they are hard topics. I would suggest AP1 with Speech. Microbiology and AP2 by itself. Taking two science course that are hard, is not recommended. I tried to take Chem and Microbiology together and ended up dropping Microbiology because I was failing in it.
  20. Has anyone submitted an application to the CSU Channel Islands Goleta Spring 2022 BSN program? If so, what are your stats, and have you heard from them?
  21. Hi everyone, I have finished all my prerequisites for my college's nursing program but I cannot seem to pass the TEAS test. My scores are in the 60% and I need a 70% for the application but I would like to score in the high 80s. I just bought a momentrix university TEAS test prep course, I have the ATI book, and have been taking practice test. Though, I seem to be getting poor scores on the test as well. Any words or suggestions on how to be motivated and get through this. It's depressing me, I've worked hard in all my classes but this test has become a challenge for me. I've taken it twice, I only have one last chance.
