    graypa posted a topic in Nurse Management
    I will be starting in a brand new Progressive Care Unit and was asked to come up with a project to start on the unit that is unique. I will be interviewing for the ANM position which is where I will have to present the project. Two projects that have already been started are nurse lead rounds and staffing by acuity. These are two things that are not done anywhere else in the hospital. I'm having a hard time thinking of a project that is unique without having any data on the unit. Are there any suggestions?
