Hi everyone! New grad here thinking about applying to La county’s ED. Has anyone else applied? Or is anyone currently working there? I’m curious as to what the environment is like and how long the training is for a new grad. There is nothing online about there being an official “new grad program” so I wanted to know if anyone could give me information. Anything helps. Thanks in advance!

I have the pdf’s to three of the books! I can share if you need. I got the rest of them on Chegg for cheap.

Yeah I know but that’s what they told him. Maybe they prioritize those that finish those courses? I’m not sure, but I think you should still call and ask.

You should call. My friend hadn’t received a response either and when he called they told him they didn’t review his application because he was supposedly missing a PE course. He did in fact have both PE a requirements and it was a mistake on their part so they apologized and added him to the alternate list. He eventually got accepted.

No they haven’t sent it to me yet. I wonder if I should wait or call. I’m worried that they may forget haha.
