Hi! I am a new grad nurse and applied to both NCH and UM. I was accepted into the nurse residency program for UM on the oncology unit but haven't received an offer just yet. I am still waiting for the second round of interviews of NCH. I was wondering what made you chose UM over NCH.

What did the email say? I only got my acceptance email but it didn't say anything about orientation.
